Weโre sorry you feels this way, but we need to clarify what actually happened.
The customer reported that one of the three items he purchased was faulty and sent us a video. The video did not clearly establish the fault, so we asked him to return the item for inspection. We also offered to cover the cost of sending it back to us.
Our policy requires faulty items to be returned before a refund or replacement can be processed. The customer declined to return the item, said he will just have to throw away the grinder, of which we adviced against and instead asked us to send him the amount we would spend on transportation.
He was also given 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item, but chose not to do so and only came back requesting a refund after the return period had passed.
We were willing to inspect the item and, if a fault was confirmed, provide a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund for an item that was never returned to us.
We stand by our handling of the matter and our stated policy.
